Our owner, Dean Gainey, entered the real estate world more than 30 years ago as a licensed broker and general contractor. In the early day, Dean offered a full line of real estate services under the Advantage Realty Group name and residential construction services through the Gainey Construction business. Southeastern Rentals was established in 2001 as a customer-focused property management company.
We currently own and manage single-family, duplex and apartment rental homes in and near Sumter, South Carolina. Our portfolio includes family-friendly, well-maintained homes near schools, shopping, dining and entertainment venues. We are just 1.5 hours from the beach and a beautiful 2.5-hour ride from the mountains.
We aren't your average property management team. We have three decades of local experience, a full-service real estate firm and residential construction experts to ensure our clients have every resource they need to succeed.
